We will treat each order as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.       1) Your Order..... After completion of your order please check the receipt and ensure the details are correct. If you have any doubt please contact our sales office immediately as amendments by post take time and therefore can be an inconvenience to you. 2) Description of Goods..... Although we endeavour to provide as accurate as possible information, all the descriptive matter, images, specifications and advertising on our site are for the purpose of giving an approximate description only of the goods. We guarantee all our products but please remember that some items sold from this site are pre-owned. PRE-OWNED OR USED condition means previously owned, not brand new. 3) Dispatch & Delivery..... we will endeavour to dispatch or deliver most items within 7 working days. All dates are given only as approximate and some goods are subject to availability, but we will confirm approximate dispatch time for these items after receipt of your order. Sometimes delays occur which are out of our direct control. Please check your goods on receipt. Damage must be reported straight away after delivery to enable us to act appropriately. Beyond this time, G Davison & Sons cannot take responsibility. Remember in any event please contact sales who will try to resolve any questions. 4) Prices & Payment..... We endeavour to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate. However we are entitled to make adjustments to the prices to take account of any errors or omissions to the published price. We request that all goods are paid for on completion of order, cheques must be cleared prior to dispatch. We accept payment by PayPal*/Cheque or Bankers Draft. Please note that for our customers protection we operate an anti-fraud policy. As a result we WILL NOT ACCEPT an order where a 'Landline' telephone number cannot be supplied. We also cannot accept online orders without a valid email address. On the order you must provide us with the exact billing address and telephone number, this should be the sames as the address and telephone number that your credit card company/bank have on file. We will ONLY DELIVER TO THIS ADDRESS. Please note inaccurate information will cause a delay in processing your order. *PAYPAL – We only accept PayPal payments up to the total value (price of goods including postage) of £500. Orders over £500 should be paid by cheque or bankers draft made payable to ‘G Davison & Sons’. Please contact us if you require further details. 5) Delivery/Insurance Charges..... Countries that we ship to will be advised on completion of on-line order, as will postage and insurance rates. 6) Order Cancellations..... Any order or part of an order can be cancelled within 48 hours, from 8am of the day after ordering. Cancellation of order will incur a £10 administration fee. 7) Refunds and Returns….. We do not accept returns or refunds for incorrectly purchased goods, after goods have been dispatched or delivered. 8) Risk..... We will only deliver to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.
